On September 26, at The Reverie Saigon Hotel, Kim Thành Industrial Park (Hai Duong) was honored with the “Vietnam Sustainable Industrial Park 2024” award at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024 ceremony.

As one of the most prestigious real estate awards in the Asia-Pacific region initiated by Dot Property Group, the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2024 was organized under the theme “Sustainable Development: Building the Foundation for a New Cycle of Vietnam’s Real Estate.” The organizers aimed to honor pioneering businesses that have been making efforts to provide solutions adapting to the new cycle in the industry.

Over the past three years, the award criteria have focused on green living environments, regional and local economic development, cultural and social progress, and human-centered values. This year, the organizers also highly appreciated businesses that embrace circular economy models and adapt to the fluctuations of the new era.
Meeting the organizers’ requirements, Kim Thành Industrial Park was selected in the category of Best Sustainable Industrial Development Project.

Ms. Duong Thi Thu Ha, Deputy General Director of COMA 18, shared that COMA 18 focuses on developing Kim Thành Industrial Park using green technologies and clean energy to minimize environmental emissions. The design allocates 23 hectares for green spaces and landscaping, alongside a high-tech waste treatment system with a capacity of up to 4,800 m³ per day. To align with the new cycle of Vietnam’s real estate market, the company continues to apply international environmental management standards, such as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, into its processes.

According to Ms. Ha, Kim Thành Industrial Park’s vision extends beyond merely planning complete infrastructure and providing professional services. It strives to green the industrial park, prioritizing a “sustainable strategy” aimed at creating a green, eco-friendly environment that fosters a balanced economic-environmental ecosystem. This commitment not only brings value to the community and society but also provides a competitive edge in the new context.
