Kim Thanh Industrial Park Progress Update – October 2024

Kim Thanh Industrial Park, developed by Investor COMA18, is currently carrying out construction stages on schedule. The project is located at Km65, National Highway 5A, Kim Thanh District, Hai Duong, with an area of 164.98 hectares, divided into two development phases.
Currently, Phase 1 of the project has completed site clearance on 89.7 hectares and is in the process of leveling the ground, with the goal of completion in the first quarter of 2025. The construction site is bustling with many machines and human resources to ensure progress. After Phase 1 is completed, Phase 2 will be implemented on the remaining 75.28 hectares, lasting 18 months, focusing on building technical infrastructure such as internal traffic, electricity and water systems, wastewater treatment and business support service works.
